Meet the Fair Oak Founders

Bob Fremder and Mike Mueller founded Fair Oak Resources with two expressed intents: 1) to help banks and other owners sell their distressed commercial properties and 2) to help interested buyers identify and acquire these distressed properties.

Bob has owned and managed a Real Estate Brokerage since 2005 and has been involved in seeking Buyers and Sellers of Business assets since that time. Over that period, he has been involved in hundreds of transactions representing sellers of business assets and finding buyers that meet the requirements of the sellers he represents. Prior to establishing his Brokerage, Robert owned a business consulting and tax planning business working with affiliates in the Investment, Insurance, Investment and estate planning arena. Prior to that, Robert managed the development of a Credit Scoring System for a national retail and catalog general merchandise company. This scoring system ultimately became the FICO Credit Scoring system that is in use today by the major credit bureaus to rate the credit worthiness of consumers. Robert also currently serves on several non-profit Boards, and is a Certified SCORE Mentor.
